Thesis
The group built its own operator — a SUBTEL license in Chile, presence in seven countries — and brought its infrastructure back onto its own hardware. That control is not delegated: it is the starting condition.
Mobiconnect exists to build on top of it. Every service — entitlements, performance, identity — turns that sovereign infrastructure into a sellable product, with a carrier's engineering discipline and a software house's pace.
